BIG PIEROGI FLAVORS FROM REAL, SIMPLE INGREDIENTS
Brian and Matt Justine, originally from sunny Palm Beach Gardens, FL, are the cofounders of Pierogi Bros. As kids, we developed a love for pierogies after our grandmother, Helen (aka Grandma Justine), moved to Florida from New Castle, PA. She cooked many of the large family meals back then that typically included her amazing handmade pierogies. As we got older, we also appreciated the hard work that went into cooking those large meals from scratch with wholesome ingredients.
Our idea to start a fun pierogi food concept that offered both traditional and new, bold flavors was first tested at a farmers market in downtown Orlando, FL. Because of the great customer feedback and encouragement we received (and our sales), we decided to open our first small retail location in Juno Beach, FL in late 2021. That business has evolved into what is now our headquarters in downtown Sanford, FL.
Our concept is first about a new food that’s delicious and fun, but it also addresses a big decline in the fast-casual food space - uninspired taste, toxic ingredients, high prices, small portions, indifferent service and grimy conditions (is that all?). We make each pierogi from scratch with clean, simple ingredients. We serve hearty portions at a fair price. We cook with real butter - there are no seed oils (we like ‘em pipin’ hot and golden brown). Details matter a lot to us including the cleanliness of our stores. And we’re always creating new flavors to keep Pierogi Bros. fresh and fun for our customers.
We do it all with a smile because we love this food, we genuinely want you to be here and feel great about visiting us as often as you can. Just like we felt as kids on the way to Grandma Justine’s house for a home-cooked family meal.
